Multiple sources are believed to have confirmed the happy news to US Weekly just days after 'hot felon' Jeremy was spotted shopping for engagement rings.
Reports emerged last week that Chloe, 27, wanted to start a family straight away with the 34-year-old ex-con.
The daughter of billionaire Sir Philip Green was spotted kissing the criminal-turned-model on a yacht in Turkey last summer - despite Jeremy still being married to wife, Melissa.
Last week, Jeremy was spotted swaggering along Rodeo Drive with Chloe's bestie Vas Morgan, admiring engagement rings at Peter Marco Extraordinary Jewels Of Beverly Hills.
The outing followed claims the pair have decided they're in it for the long haul, with Chloe's parents apparently on board.
"Chloe wants to get pregnant right away. She’s off the booze already," a source told the Daily Mail.
"Her parents have recently done an unexpected U-turn on Jeremy, and are now embracing him as one of the Greens.
"They are resigned to the fact he’ll be a part of their lives forever."
A few weeks ago, Jeremy gushed about how 'blessed' he was to be with Chloe.
