A bride made the mistake of allegedly drink-driving on the way to her
ceremony and was caught by police in Arizona. Sgt Chriswell Scott said
32-year-old Amber Young was arrested at the scene of a three-car pile up
on suspicion of driving under the influence.Wearing her bridal gown, Young was put in handcuffs and taken to jail in the city of Marana at around 10.30am on Monday.
Sgt Scott said she had to give a blood sample but was detained for not too long and had enough time to get to her wedding. He said he had no idea if it went ahead successfully or not.
Tweeting an image of the unusual arrest, Sgt Scott added: "Don't drive impaired.
"Till death do we part doesn't need any help."
