Chelsea has officially agreed a deal with PSG to sign former player David Luiz for £32m. The club confirmed the deal this evening and the player has already changed his Twitter account to show he's a Chelsea player. David Luiz left Chelsea to join PSG in 2014 for £50m.

Video of a high-end car dashing an auto-rickshaw has gone viral on social media. The footage shows a Lamborghini, owned by an Indian politician BJP MLA Narendra Mehta, rammed the rickshaw at Bhayandar township. Mehta had gifted the saffron-coloured Lamborghini to his wife Suman on her birthday, she reportedly took out the expensive car for a spin before the accident which occurred on August 27th... Suman allegedly lost control of the vehicle and rammed into the parked auto outside Seven Eleven academy, which is run by the couple. Mehta rushed out from the school to enquire about the commotion on the road when he found his wife was locked inside the car. According to The Hindustan Times, nobody was injured in the accident, but the impact of the collision damaged the autorickshaw’s headlight. According to International business site  Bloomberg , Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote, has lost more than a third of his wealth this year alone. According to the article, Dangote has lost 35% of his wealth which sums up to $5.4 billion. The losses are attributed to commodities slump and the devaluation of the Naira in June. Dangote's net worth is $9.9 billion, a 62% drop since January 2014, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.  

As football fans salivate in anticipation of the upcoming Manchester derby, they may be robbed of a particularly tasty morsel as Sergio Aguero looks set to miss the tantalising clash. The striker has been slapped with a violent conduct charge by the FA after cameras caught him elbowing Winston Reid in Manchester City's 3-1 win over West Ham. It means Aguero is facing a three-match ban which will keep him out of the first derby under Pep Guardiola at Old Trafford on  September 10th . The 28-year-old, who has scored six goals already this season, has until  6pm   on Wednesday  to respond to the charge.  Aguero will also be out for a Premier League clash against Bournemouth and an EFL Cup trip to Swansea City. If the striker is found guilty and subsequently banned, City manager, Pep Guardiola will be left with Kelechi Iheanacho as his only recognised striker.

Brazil's suspended President Dilma Rousseff was impeached today  Wednesday  August 31 following a 61-20 vote by the country’s senate. Senators broke into protest, cheers and applause after the electronic voting, which went on for hours, was announced. Pro-impeachment senators burst into a rendering of the national anthem, some waving Brazilian flags, while allies of Rousseff stood stony face.   "I will not associate my name to this infamy," read a sign held up by one senator. 68-year-old Rousseff, the country's first female president, will be removed from office and replaced by Vice President Michel Temer, 75. He will be sworn in  on Wednesday  to serve out her term which extends through 2018. The impeachment comes two days after Rousseff staged an impassioned defense of her actions  on Monday  and insisted she was innocent of any wrongdoing in an lengthy speech before the senate. Singer Chris Brown was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after a guest at his Los Angeles residence, Baylee Curran, called for help from the police around  3 a.m.   on Tuesday  morning. According to Curran, he pointed a gun at her face after he became angry when she complimented another man's diamond necklace. A search warrant was obtained by the police and after a nearly 14-hour standoff, he was taken into custody. Chris has however been released on $250,000 bail. His lawyer Mark Garagos is insisting that the allegations made against the singer are false. More interestingly, the woman claiming Chris pulled a gun on her is wanted in New York for questioning in connection with criminal theft.
