Help! Dying man abandoned for the past 6 days at a refuse dump in Yaba (photos)

For the past 6 days, a dying man has been spotted abandoned and unattended to at the dustbin ground by the fence of the Yaba College of Technology. He laid by the refuse heap for a few days and eventually rolled into the gutter.

Urgent help is needed to prevent him from eventually dying and decomposing. This is a call for the intervention of the appropriate authorities in Lagos state. Hope he gets help fast before he dies there.
