The 22-year-old reality star posed with the robe pulled around her and she showed off her shoulders as she sat with her legs crossed.
With her hair tied back, save for two strands draping around the sides of her face, the star pouted for the camera and showed off her dark brows and brooding gaze.
However fans were alarmed by how much the star didn’t look like herself - and was soon being compared to a model and a drag queen among others.
"I thought you're @emrata,” one follower commented, suggesting Kendall looked more like Blurred Lines model Emily Ratajkowski.
Many fans agreed, with one writing: "she looks like @emrata in this,” and another humorously joking: "Stop doing this kind of look I don't like you looking like her @emrata lol,”
Others thought the reality star looked more like a drag queen, with one commenting: "She looks like alyssa edward,” and another typing: "Thought it was alissa omg,” referencing the alter ego of 38-year-old RuPaul’s Drag Race contestant Justin Johnson.
Others couldn’t believe how unlike herself Kendall looked, with one commenting: "Is that you??”, another stating: "You look like a Bratz doll,” and a third comparing her to her 62-year-old mother, Kris Jenner, writing: "you look so much like your momma here."
Other fans expressed concern that Kendall may have gone under the knife to boost her appearance.
“A combo of obvious photoshop and way too much Botox and filler,” one unimpressed fan wrote.
And another warned: "Baby, no more plastic surgeries .. you're beautiful without retouching."
