Floyd Mayweather Shows Off $100m Cheque He Earned From Conor McGregor Fight

Floyd Mayweather rarely misses chances to brag about his remarkable achievements in boxing, or show off his incredible wealth and he produced another example last night.Last August, Mayweather defeated Conor McGregor in a much-hyped Las Vegas fight, taking his all-time boxing career record to 50 wins and zero defeats.

The clash was a money-spinner the likes of which had not been seen in the sport before - and the end result was demonstrated in black and white by Mayweather.

On Instagram, he posted an image of the cheque for $100million he had earned from the fight, claiming it to be the ultimate proof that he has the 'Midas touch'.

He said: 'Some say there’s a difference between being smart and intelligent. Everyone knows that common sense isn’t so common, but when it comes to being wise beyond years it’s proven I’ve got the Midas touch.

'It’s simple math, being 50-0 lets you know I READ my opponents just as clear as you can READ this $100,000,000 check. I stay getting checks like this, I will always have the last laugh!'
