Recall that on the 7th of February, Jenner was reportedly driving too fast on the Pacific Coast Highway when she rear-ended a Lexus driven by one Kim Howe. This caused the 69-year-old widow's car into oncoming traffic, where it was hit by the Hummer H2 driven by Peter Millesi-Wolf and carrying his four family members.
Howe died at the scene and the Millesi-Wolf family were injured.
According to court documents obtained by the Blast on Wednesday, Jenner has agreed to pay $100,000 each to Peter Millesi-Wolf and his wife Lea, as well as $50,000 to each of their two sons - one of which was only four-weeks-old at the time of the crash.
Caitlyn Jenner will pay out an $800,000 settlement to five members of a family who were involved in a fatal car crash in 2015.
Elga Maurer, the 73-year-old woman who was in the car at the time of the crash and suffered a fractured neck, will receive a $500,000 payout.
Peter and Lea Wolf-Millesi will receive $100,000 each and one of the children will receive $50,000.
Another child who was in the car — who is now 3 years old but was just four weeks old at the time of the crash — is scheduled to receive $50,000 as well.
Our sources say insurance will cover part of the settlement.
According to the documents, Jenner will also cover $250,000 in attorneys fees.
