Kidnapper Evans Fundamental Rights Judgement Postponed

A federal court in Lagos has adjourned till September 5 the suit seeking for the fundamental rights enforcement of alleged kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, popularly known an Evans.The court had fixed today to deliver its judgment but had to fix a new date after the police brought applications seeking to set aside the delivering of the judgment among others. May Evans lose woefully. People died in his custody, some lost their businesses and are yet to get back on their feets making hundreds of their staff, and family members that all depend on them suffer.
