James McLean, Premier League star shares pic of the gruesome injury he suffered at the weekend (photo)

West Brom's James McLean was forced off the pitch at the 65th minute following a nasty challenge during his side's 2-1 loss to Liverpool at the weekend. 
The 27-year-old defender took to Instagram to reveal the extent of the injury with a gruesome closeup shot.
