Mel B 'Makes £6.5m Divorce Deal With Stephen Belafonte If He Destroys Their S3x Tapes'

Mel B has reportedly signed a divorce deal with estranged husband Stephen Belafonte meaning that he must destroy their sex tapes.The former Spice Girl has been locked in a legal battle with the film producer for months. But it's now said that they've struck a deal which will have to be signed off by a judge.

The singer and her ex are said to have agreed on November 8 that he will destroy any compromising videos of her, that he will get spousal support for the next three years and that neither will pay child support but will share joint legal custody of their six-year-old daughter Madison.

The legal documents obtained by TMZ also say that the pair will agree to a schedule for sharing physical custody, that Stephen will get access to the family house to retrieve his personal belongings, including childhood photos, clothing and artwork, and that they'll sell the house and share the profits.
