Lady Gaga spotted dressed this way as she stepped out in New York on Monday while promoting her new album Joanne. 
The pop star also stopped by her parents' Italian restaurant wearing a pair of ripped cutoff denim shorts. She has been stepping out like this more often since her engagement with Taylor Kinney ended.
