First photos of Kate Middleton and Prince William

This morning, Kensington Palace announced that Kate Middleton was in early labor with her third child and shortly after she gave birth to a baby boy weighing 8 lbs., 7 oz.

Moments ago, Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took him outside for a photo op on the clinic's steps and new mum Kate looked chic in a red dress with a lace collar.

Before the little prince was formally introduced, William left the hospital to pick up his elder children Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
